Dorinca warranty to all mattresses collection

All Dorinca mattresses on sale are covered by a limited lifetime warranty of up to 10 years against defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are used and maintained under normal residential conditions.

If your Dorinca mattress is deemed defective:

For the first 2 years of the warranty, Dorinca will replace your mattress with a new one.

During the remaining period of the warranty, we will replace the mattress for a cost that is calculated based on a percentage (years of usage/warranty period) of the original price of the mattress.

Alternatively, you have the option to keep your original mattress, and Dorinca will provide reimbursement calculated as a percentage of the original price, based on the remaining years of the warranty period.

The mattress warranty doesn’t cover the following:

Normal wear and tear of the mattress fabric and handle

Handles (where fitted) - these are intended for positioning the mattress and should not be used to support its full weight

New mattress smell (may occur during the off-gassing process upon opening the sealed package, but it will fade over time.)

Normal softening of the mattress material over time

Minor variations of 1-3 cm in product dimensions (the dimensions provided in ads are approximate)

Slight body impressions

Individual comfort & support preferences (too soft or too hard)

Damage caused by:

  • Improper use, cleaning, maintenance, treatment or storage (e.g., using the mattress without bedding, or with an undersized or oversized foundation)
  • Misuse of abuse of any kind, including burns
  • Natural disaster (e.g., fire, flooding)

Duplicate claims for the same defect already reimbursed

Healing effects to medical issues (e.g., complete back pain relief, allergy prevention)

Minor manufacturing anomalies that don't affect the function of the mattress/bed

Minor size difference of 1-3cm may occur after decompressing the mattress from its rolled packaging (this variation will gradually diminish with regular use of over a three-month period. Flipping the mattress once a month is recommended to aid in the recovery process).
