Fast & Free Shipping

Our free shipping service covers 95% of deliverable areas in Australia for every Dorinca order. For some remote or distant areas, there may be the option to pick up your order from the courier's nearest depot, or additional delivery fees may apply. If you have any concerns about the delivery, please contact us before making your purchase.

Damaged Orders

Dorinca products are well-packaged to withstand the route from our Sydney warehouse to your door. However, if an item looks damaged or parts are missing, please notify us 7 days within receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a free replacement as quickly as possible.

Canceling Orders

If you change your mind after placing an order on our website, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, a cancellation fee of 10-20% of the original item price will be charged to cover the incurred costs. This policy also applies to cases where an undamaged order in delivery is refused by buyer. All returned products should be in the original packaging to process the refund.

General Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase with Dorinca. But you may return or exchange an item for a refund within 30 days of delivery provided that:

You are able to provide the original invoice of the purchase.

The item is in saleable condition, meaning it is unused and in its original packaging (sealed plastic bag and cardboard box).

Buyer can arrange return shipping and the item is returned to us in its original and unused condition.

Free gifts come with the sale are returned in their original and unused condition.

Please note that we do not provide a trial period. Returns for delivered items are only accepted if the item arrives damaged. The return & refund policy does not cover the following:

change of mind after purchase(dissatisfaction, finding a cheaper product elsewhere etc.) ; individual preference for the comfort level of the mattress & pillow products(too soft or too hard); individual preference for the edge support level of the mattress products; damage caused to the item during the return process; natural wood grain color variation in bed frame products; item not fitting the intended space; minor polish/paint issues that do not affect the functionality of product; dislike of the packaging, and any related delivery costs.

A handling fee of 10-20% of the original item price may be charged to cover the incurred costs of return or exchange.
